10K Road Race Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION: For the safety and enjoyment of all, a maximum of 400 entries will be accepted in 2017 for 10K race. Registration is only open to persons over the age of 16.

Online entries are encouraged; postal entries will close at midnight on September 29th 2017 and online entries will close at midnight on September 30th 2017. If your entry is accepted, your entry fee is not refundable.

Your official 2017 'Sheepwalks Shocker' Number bib will act as your receipt and will only be issued after acceptance of your completed entry. Your event information pack will be dispatched to your nominated address at least a week before the event, sent by second class post - entries received less than a week before the event may not allow sufficient time for race numbers to be posted, in this case they can be collected on race day from the registration desk.

Kinver Rotary is not responsible for applications lost in the post and proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

You enter 'The Sheepwalks Shocker 10K race’ entirely at your own risk and the organisers will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by you or for any property lost before, during or after the event.

You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in the 10km event.

No bicycles, tricycles or skateboards are allowed on the course.

All participants and spectators may be filmed, photographed or recorded for broadcast, security, health and safety purposes.

Marshal Instructions must be obeyed at all times. Any participant not following the Marshals instruction will be asked to leave the course immediately.

Please run or walk with consideration for others.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant if we believe the safety of them or others could be at risk.

All participants take part at their own risk.

 

Fun Run Terms and Conditions

REGISTRATION: For the safety and enjoyment of all, a maximum of 250 entries will be accepted in 2017 for the 2k Fun Run.

There are no online entries and postal entries. To enter please download an entry form here and take it to The Village Greens Shop in Kinver complete with your entry fee. Last day for entry is September 30th 2017. If your entry is accepted, your entry fee is not refundable.

As this is a community event we do not issue race numbers, your application will be acknowledged by email and your name(s) will be on the entry register. Upon arrival at the event you go to the registration desk to collect your 2k race sticker.
You enter 'The Sheepwalks Shuffle fun run' entirely at your own risk and the organisers will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by you or for any property lost before, during or after the event.
